Transformation Coaching:

The Transformation Coaching curriculum works as a catalyst to awaken you into a greater awareness of your true identity. Drawing from personal history, in conjunction with the use of the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) model, TC assists the individual to discover their best experiences of life and use these as a basis for shifting awareness and then being able to image and imagine a positive future. A foundational premise of TC that we all have within us the innate ability to coach our self into wholeness and to help others as a result. What is noteworthy about TC in comparison to other coaching and life-shifting models is that TC doesn't require a detailed analysis of problems or deficits. Consequently it is less prone to initiate a negative or problem focused experience. What this means is that we start with what you have done right and build a consciousness of positive appreciation.

The Spiritual Intrapreneur:

            This workshop is based on Rev. Toni’s book of the same name. An entrepreneur builds their life from a base that is external – power, wealth, control, more, etc. An Intrapreneur is one who builds their life from the inside out and has learned to surrender control of their life to a Higher Power. In this experience we look at what is the “stretch in our life?

Embracing  the Feminine Nature of the Divine: Workshop or Women’s Retreat

            As we chronicle the rise of the Divine Feminine, reviewing Her history as the Feminine Face of God and then Her fall and ultimate repression, we begin to see how these acts have cost society and humankind the understanding of a sacred part of their Being. For without “Her” conscious influence in our lives humankind cannot live in their truest state of balance and wholeness. Calling forth an understanding of the feminine nature of the divine allows us to see the complete image of the Sacred in ourselves and in the world.

Feminine Voices the Women who Live in Our Cellular Memories: Workshop or Women’s Retreat

            This one woman play, written by Boehm, gives
an overview of the history and impact that the feminine nature of the divine has had on society and women in particular. The play makes us laugh and makes us cry
and calls us to look deeper into our own awareness of who we are -- it is humorous, poignant, thought-provoking and real.
